Course Agreement for

"Writing Effective Immigration Evaluations for Clients"

This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Corazon Wellness and Coaching ("Instructor" or "We"), and the undersigned student ("Student" or "You"). By enrolling in the course "Writing Effective Immigration Evaluations for Clients" (the "Course"), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Course Access

Upon successful enrollment and payment, the student will be granted lifetime access to the course materials, including all modules, downloadable templates, and resources.
Access to the course is granted to the registered student only and cannot be shared or transferred to others.

2. Payment Terms

Payment Options: Students may choose to pay in full or select a payment plan at the time of enrollment.
- Full Payment: A one-time payment of [Insert Price].
- Payment Plan: For payment plans, students will be charged the first installment immediately, with subsequent payments being automatically processed on the agreed schedule.
- Payment plans are billed on a recurring basis, and failure to make payments may result in restricted access to the course.
All payments must be completed before accessing all course materials.

3. Refund Policy

No Refunds: Once payment is processed and access to the course is granted, no refunds will be issued.
In special cases, such as personal emergencies, the course team will review the situation, but refunds are generally not granted.

4. Course Content and Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, templates, and documents, are intellectual property of Corazon Wellness and Coaching and are protected by copyright law.
The student agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share the course materials without written consent from the instructor.
The student may use the course content for personal and professional purposes related to their immigration evaluation work but may not resell or distribute the materials.

5. Confidentiality

Students must respect the confidentiality of any materials provided within the course.
By enrolling, the student agrees not to share any of the course content or access with anyone else.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Corazon Wellness and Coaching strives to provide accurate and valuable content, no guarantees are made regarding the results students may achieve by implementing the course material.
The instructor is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or misuse of the course content.

7. Course Termination

The instructor reserves the right to terminate access to the course at any time if the student fails to comply with these terms or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
In the event of termination, no refunds will be issued, and access to the course materials will be revoked.

8. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in the "Writing Effective Immigration Evaluations for Clients" course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
