  • How long are couples sessions?
    Each couples therapy session is 60 minutes, giving both partners time to explore, discuss, and work through issues in a focused setting.
  • What is the cost of couples therapy sessions?
    Initial Session – $325.00 The initial session allows for a comprehensive assessment of your relationship, including your goals, challenges, and the dynamics unique to your partnership. This session helps us establish a focused therapy plan tailored specifically to your needs. Ongoing Sessions – $250.00 In ongoing sessions, we’ll work together to address specific concerns, strengthen communication skills, and build a deeper connection. These sessions are designed to support your progress and reinforce the tools you need to create lasting change.
  • Are longer, intensive sessions available?
    Yes, intensive sessions are available for couples seeking more in-depth support. Please see the Enhanced Focus Services page for details on these extended sessions, which can provide a concentrated approach to address specific relationship challenges.
  • What is the cost of individual sessions?
    The initial session is $250.00, which includes a full intake and assessment to understand your unique needs and goals. Following sessions are $175.00 each. Payment details will be discussed during our initial conversation.
  • Are there options for longer, intensive sessions?
    Yes, intensive 90-minute sessions are available for $275.00. These longer sessions can be beneficial if you prefer more in-depth work or are facing particularly complex challenges.
  • How long are individual therapy sessions?
    Individual sessions are 50 minutes long. This time allows us to explore your needs fully, creating a meaningful and impactful experience each time we meet.
  • How often should I attend sessions?
    Session frequency can be tailored to fit your needs and goals. We can meet weekly for ongoing support or biweekly if that feels more manageable. Together, we’ll determine the best schedule to support your therapeutic journey.
